Service Description
60 minute strength based group class focused on building muscular endurance and proprioception. All skills levels welcome, but if you are looking for a HIIT class or a class that utilizes heavy weights, then this class is not for you. This class is designed to build endurance, resilience, improved body awareness, and is focused on restoring health and strength in a mindful manner. All new participants must first attend the 90- min RTE Fundamentals Class prior to being able to enroll in this class. You can find the link to book the RTE Fundamentals Class under the "Book Online" tab. Be aware that the RTE Fundamentals Class is only offered a few times a month, and space is limited.
